The historic Bazil African Methodist Episcopal Church is located at the top of the hill at 320 Sherwood in Cockeysville, MD. The church was built in 1876 by family man, named Bazil Foote so his family would have a place to worship. We are blessed to have descendants as members of our church and many live in the community.  We are an intergenerational and integrated congregation that loves to work in collaboration to build God's kingdom and extends kindness to our community.
